At Imagine That, we want you to love your decor. Our policy depends on whether your item is custom-made or a standard product:
1. Personalized Products (All Sales Final)
Because these items are created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products (such as custom names, Baby Keepsake Photo Frame, or specific color requests) unless they arrive damaged or with a production error.
Reminder: Please double-check spelling and details before checkout.
2. Ready-to-Ship Products (Standard Items)
For non-personalized items:
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is defective.
3. Claims & Shipping Damage
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit:
Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the item and the packaging.
We will prioritize a replacement or provide a full refund for valid claims.
