🛡️ Safety and Materials
What material do you work with? All of our products are manufactured using PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant-based plastic derived from renewable sources such as corn and sugarcane. It is an eco-friendly, biodegradable material widely used in 3D printing. It is safe for both the environment and your home.
Are the products safe for children? Yes! PLA is considered one of the safest materials for 3D printing. Our decorations are non-toxic and odorless. However, please note that our pieces are decorative items — we recommend keeping them out of reach of small children to avoid accidents, as they may contain small parts or sharp edges.
🎨 Customization and Orders
How do I customize my order? It’s simple! When placing your order, use the NOTES field (located on the shipping and payment selection page) to send us the information you’d like — such as the child's name, birth date, preferred colors, and other details. Our team takes care of the entire creative process for you!
Can I change the size of the chosen decoration? In most cases, yes. 3D printing allows for easy resizing of models. Please contact us before placing your order, and we will prepare a custom quote for you.
📦 Production and Delivery
What is the shipping cost? Shipping costs vary between $8 and $15, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking code to follow your order.
Can I get free shipping? Of course! Simply place an order of at least $100 and shipping is on us!
How long does it take to process my order? Unlike mass production, we print your decoration specifically for you. The average production time is 7 to 10 business days after order confirmation. During holiday seasons, this timeframe may be slightly longer — so we recommend placing your order in advance!
How are the products packaged? We know how delicate these items can be! That’s why we carefully protect every shipment — using cushioning materials and secure packaging — to ensure your piece arrives intact and perfect. 📦💚
🧼 Use and Care
How do I clean 3D-printed decorations? We recommend cleaning with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid chemical products, abrasives, or excessive water, as these can damage the piece or affect the colors.
Can decorations be exposed to direct sunlight? We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. Heat and UV rays can cause colors to fade and, in extreme cases, may warp the piece over time. They are best suited for indoor, well-ventilated environments.
How do I install wall decorations? Our decorations are very lightweight! For most of them, heavy-duty double-sided tape is sufficient for mounting — no need to drill holes in the wall. Simple, practical, and damage-free! 🙌
🔄 Exchanges and Returns
Can I cancel my order? Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours after order confirmation, provided that production has not yet started. After this period, cancellations will no longer be possible.
What if my piece arrives defective? If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us via email within 7 calendar days of receipt. We will analyze the case and arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Do you accept returns for change of mind? Since our products are personalized (featuring names, specific dates, or custom colors), we do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind. Therefore, we recommend carefully reviewing all information before confirming your order. Standard products may be returned within 14 days without the need for justification.
